1. General
Following general business terms apply to all contracts,
deliveries and other performance. we particularly hereby
contradict divergent regulations of the contracting party.
All supplementary agreements require the written confirmation
for our part. |
2. Acquisition of weapons
Weapons which need acquisition-licence are sold or delivered
only on presentation of valid documents: e.g. Hunting
licence in the original or official confirmation or official
confirmed photocopies of all sides (Fax may not be recognized),
Possession of weapons certificate in the original or special
permission in the original.
Weapons, which do not need acquisition-licence, are sold
or delivered only on presentation of an official original
document or on presentation of an official confirmation
that the buyer has completed the 18th year of life.

3. Time of the contract conclusion
You hand in an obligatory order of the items contained
in the shopping basket by click the button "Send
order". The confirmation of the receipt of the order
immediately follows after mailing of the order. The sales
contract takes place with our delivery confirmation or
delivery of the goods. |

5. Revocation right
You are no longer bound to your order as consumers, if
you withdraw within 2 weeks on receipt of the product.

of the product on our risk. The punctual dispatch to Cuno
Melcher ME-Sportwaffen GmbH & Co. KG Solingen suffices
for the period preservation.

6. Ensure

7. Delivery and payment
There isn't any minimum order quantity. Special consignment

surcharge. Dispatch of the product is carried out after
payment of the invoice amount. The agreement of longer
delivery times on your request is possible. The payment
is carried out by transfer (advance payment). |
8. Delivery time
Goods which are at the store come to the dispatch within
7 working days on receipt of the payment. If goods shouldn't
be available, you receive a notification by e-mail. |
9. Retention of ownership
Until the complete payment the product remains ownership
of the company Cuno Melcher ME-Sportwaffen GmbH &
Co. KG Solingen. |
10. Data protection explanation
We use your data exclusively for the carrying out of your
order. All customer data are saved and processed by us.
considering the appropriate regulations of the Federal
Data Protection Laws (BDSG) and the tele-service data
protection law (TDDSG).
You have a right to information, correction, inhibition
or deletion of your stored data at any time. Please, contact
us or send us your desire by mail or fax.
We don't pass your person-related data including your
house address and e-mail address on to third parties without

11. Place of performance and place of
jurisdiction
Place of performance and place of jurisdiction for the
two parts is Solingen, if the customer is a merchant.
it is valid exclusively the right of the Federal Republic
